Dr. R. Halsted is one of the best doctor's I've ever dealt with. He talks to me like an equal and explains situations so I can understand my health issues. He is very easy to talk with and I feel he understands my problems and shows the right amount of empathy. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good, honest and personable doctor.

I have been suffering from tremors, also pain in my right leg (caused from spinal fusion). I made an appointment with Dr. Halsted. From the first visit he knew exactly what was wrong with me. He started me on meds for both tremors and leg pain. I am so pleased with the results. He is an awesome Doctor. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed and he really listened to me. I am so grateful.

I been with Dr. Halsted since I was a very young adult. He is knowledgeable and kind. Several years ago, he even took time out to write a letter about my health issues, to a new allergist he recommended. He also personally called me, when I tested positive for pregnancy, to go over medications that I could and could not take. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have seen Dr H for several years. Overall he is knowledgeable. However, when my diabetes got complicated he went into a panic. I ended up going to an endocrinologist. There was so much I learned from her that either he did not know or did not share with me. He is still my primary, but for diabetes I will no longer allow him to treat me.

I am in my 60's & he is the best dr. I've ever had!! great diagnostician & bedside manner!!! I've worked in health care field all my life. believe me, I am a terrible patient!! dr. halsted has the patience of a saint to be able to tolerate me as long as he has. GOD BLESS YOU,DR. THANK-YOU!!
