They are typically really good. Got up early to take my son in checked in online at 6am was 8th in line. Got there at 730am because I had to take my son to school. At 830am we were first in line. So wasn’t bad. At 930am still waiting in our car but people were just walking in and going in. I went in to ask and they said they where life threatening. I am sorry if your symptoms are life threatening you are not driving yourself to a urgent care you are calling 911 and going to a hospital! Right before the finally txt us at 945am to go in a man with what seem to be a broken finger went in before us that is not life threatening! It is 11am and we are still waiting to leave! A little bull if you ask me! What is the point of going on line to make appointment before anyone else if you are going to chose who is important and who isn’t? We should have been in and out by now!

I went on a Sunday morning to get checked out. It was easy, told to come in as soon as I got there. Filled out registration paperwork. Waited like 5 mins got taken back. Needed tests were done. Spent a total of like 45 mins I believe. And left.Simple, quick, friendlyGood job guys

I thought covid tests were supposed to be free? I got up at 5:45 to check in online. Then waited 5 hours up there before they finally called me in just to be told they don't take my insurance (which is medicaid) and that I had to pay $200 up front to be seen.

We received great care at Total Access. They squeezed my kids in when only I was able to get an appointment. They are patient & thorough. Great with kids. Tip: they book up fast. Be on the website right at 6 am.

Everton there was friendly, caring and very Professional. Dr. Charles Blackburn and nurse Joshua were excellent. Would recommend them to everyone. Thanks for taking care of my husband..

This urgent care was fast, friendly, and i was treated with respect and compassion. they were very thorough with me. I was in and out in a timely manner despite them sending 3 patients to the Er and 2 by ambulance.I will definitely choose this urgent care again.

The staff was very professional and compassionate towards myself and my husband. The PA even called me to go over my husband's further tests and results of same. I was very impressed with Erin.

Horrible experience I was first in line to get a room Bc I was burning up and having chest pains and they literally had people butt in line for “emergency” this is a urgent care not a ER room !! Will never go back

The staff here is so friendly. I generally try to avoid doctors so if I go I'm nervous about something. The staff here takes the time to listen and answer questions. Very important for setting someone at ease. They also have a great sense of humor. A must for this woman. Everything was done efficiently and I was given updates on tests. Better than just sitting in a room wondering. They have the capabilities of emergency care with a warmer environment like a private practicioners office. This place will be my go to for urgent health situations.On a final note....Tyler, I love those socks. 😊
