List of Waynesville Va Clinic's Reviews
They have a phone number yet they never answer the phone. They transfer u to phone call center and message 9/10 never gets thru to who ever you need to get ahold of . Your better off just being another of them 22 a day. You have better service talking to the wall then the way this VA waynesville or Columbia is.
My experiences with the Waynesville VA Clinic have always been positive and the quality of care I receive there is outstanding.
It took a long time to get scheduled for an appointment here. My situation was fairly urgent, but it really doesn't matter with them. The facility is small and unimpressive. I met Dr. Sandhya Jagannathan, and she told me that an Above the Knee amputation was not a Permanent Disability. (I wanted to get a Disabled Placard for my vehicle). I had no prosthetic leg at the time. An above the knee amputation IS MOST DEFINITELY a Permanent Disability. I am very disappointed with this facility in general.
Been waiting for over a month for my initial intake the day before my appointment I get a phone call cancelling my appointment and rescheduled me another month later I don't understand how they can do this and why not just schedule it with another caregiver if the primary caregiver has a emergency and can't make the appointment it's unfair to treat veterans this way
Don't plan on getting responses or returned calls from this V.A. clinic, your priorities aren't theirs. And you can't call them directly anyway, calls go to the Columbia V.A.
Terrible experience with this place. Seems the Veteran is not that important. I would rather not go into detail but is you are looking for someone to help you, look elsewhere.
I Retired from the Marine Corps in 2012. I feel very fortunate that I have the VA for medical. My provider has always been so great and really takes great care of me. Although I don't live in the Ft Wood area anymore, I continue to use the Waynesville VA because of the positive past experiences.
My husband herniated a disc in his back and we went to Ft.wood va hospital. The dr came in and did a quick exam, no X-ray or imaging and came up with a toredol shot, steroid, and muscle relaxer as treatment plan..... ok fine... but they didn’t give the steroids or muscle relaxer , the discharge paperwork said to get from waynesville va. We go to the clinic and all the drs and nurses are training in Columbia. I call the er back and explain what happened and they said “ take some Tylenol and Motrin, he will be fine.” 🤦♀️🙄🙄 The level of care we give our soldiers is subpar at best. It is sad that this is how we treat those who fight for our country.
Got me into my appointments quickly
Been waiting couple weeks for them to call me back to schedule an appointment, back is getting worse that's causing secondary problems. Doctors are terrible there, they go off of old MRI ct scan and xrays and don't schedule any appointments to update those things. .

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
