I was very pleased with my experience. Dr. Uffelmann and his staff were very professional and friendly . I was seen on time, they explained to me what needed to be done and they did it. I would highly recommend Dr. Uffelmann and Forefront Dermatology to anyone who needs a dermatologist.

So took my daughter for a skin tag they wanted a down payment for the visit no problem paid it. After the visit they said I have a credit left over after they did the job. That it could be used for the check up no problem. They stated that the next visit will be less than my credit. Few weeks later went back for a check up, they was trying to get another big deposit as they did the 1st time. I questioned them about it! Then they waved the deposit and seen her. Before we walked out they said they will send us the reminding balance to my card. A month later now they are trying to say that I owe them more money. They did a wonderful job. but their billing needs more improvement and not be money hungry and over charge you after you paid your balance and they realized they owe you and don’t like it.
