This isn't about the urgent care but Dr Kardesch, who has been my cardiologist for at least 20 years. I still have to go through the same check in and they have always been nice to me. If you need a cardiologist I highly recommend Dr Kardesch. Obviously very knowledgeable, friendly and you never feel rushed. By now it's almost like visiting an old friend. Those having a bad experience with urgent care, just go somewhere else. Wentzville has several.

I was misdiagnosed and given wrong meds even though the test results were very clear. I would NOT recommend this type of care.

Terrible experience! I went in with cold symptoms and was very rudely told to go back to my car and get in the covid test spot. No other instructions. Even though I was not there for covid testing. I waited for 15 minutes and finally called. They then told me I was not checked in and had to start the process over. I finally was called in to a room where I was given a flu test and covid test. When the Dr came in she asked me why the nurse didn't give me a rapid covid test. WHAAAAATTT???? Why are you asking me?? They prescribed meds that I didn't need after waiting nearly 2 hours. I never got any test results after 3 days. I have called several times and was put into a voicemail and never had any return call. I finally had a nurse look it up and I was negative for both. I'll have never had good luck at BJC and will never go back. I'll go to the ER first. I highly do NOT recommend.

Not an urgent care as advertised. You must have an appointment days in advance. Very rude staff.

The nurse and nurse practitioner were professional and efficient but the front desk lady was very rude and antagonistic. I will keep them in mind when needing an urgent care but will definitely not be a first choice due to the front desk lady.

My husband was treated terribly here. The person at the front desk was incredibly rude and hateful. Will never go back.

I was really sick so they tested me for covid and the flu. They said they would have the test results back within 24 hours so they could start me on the infusion for covid or Tamiflu for the flu. 24 hours later no test results. I called and left and message and I left a message through the app. It has now been 2 days. I finally got my test results on the app (positive for flu) but no one has called me back about my prescription for Tamiflu and now it's too late to take it. My symptoms started more than 48 hours ago. You have to start Tamiflu within 48 hours of symptoms. I have never been this sick before and the nurse practitioner assured me she would have medicine for me the next day since I am also pregnant and I don't have a lot of options for medication. I had to go to a different urgent care and get treated for bronchitis because this place could not pick up the phone and follow through. Now I know why this place has more bad reviews than good and why they are the only ones who had online appointments available out of all of the urgent cares around.

Very well run, great drs and staff. Clean and efficient.

Went to get a covid test friday at 5 pm. Told me it would be 15 min... Saturday no results, they told me that I would have to wait until Monday for the staff nurse to get my results. Great... Good think I wasn't looking to hang out with my family on fathers day. Worst customer service. Would recommend you go anywhere else. They called back and found my test. The receptionist was excellent in keeping me calm and updated me with what happened.

Lauren, the manager, cannot put in writing when someone in her office makes a mistake, whether it be in notes on our visit in the computer or in a letter. When asked REPEATEDLY to make a note of the mistake, she refuses. Even when we complied with her request to bring proof, she still refused to put in writing the mistake! Why tell us to drive all the way up there to show proof to write a letter about the mistake, just to omit it in the letter? Sooo wrong!
