I do not even know where to begin how rude this staff is for real. The first time I ever saw Dr. Dorsey with high hopes he would be different from the rest he told me I was fine told me to use cream the second time I called and made an appointment for my back pain and he said I will be alright but never once asked if I was pregnant.. I ended up being pregnant after he sent over an order for me to take an X RAY, whatever I got over it. I just started calling them again after I had my baby with high hopes things would change well they had me see that nurse practitioner who is useless because she made me feel like I was just another number she was writing on her little notepad and I am a paying customer so sorry I expected a nurse to be a little more concerned she didn’t even walk me and my baby out of the room she just shook me off. Whatever I let that go. I called just today early with high hopes ONCE AGAIN something would change and hopefully someone would have called me back with a video chat appointment or SOMETHING for some relieve on my PAIN. NO ONE called me back. WHAT IS NEW. THE BUILDING IS NICE but these people are ridiculous not all of them but whoever id running this quack of a place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was very impressed when I seen him for the first time. He actually listened and took the time to get to know you vs rushing you in and out. Im sad to see him leave westglen family practice. I wish I knew where he went.

He is the best doctor I ever had. He is very concerned about your health and he will continue researching the source of your issue until he determines it. I highly recommend him to everyone. He used to be at DePaul doctor office building in Bridgeton which was closer to my home. He is such a good doctor I am willing to go the extra miles to continue seeing him. He is worth the drive!

Dr. Doresy has been an excellent physician for both myself and my husband. We moved from across the country 4 years ago and I needed to set up a doctor pretty quickly. Dr. Dorsey had a very different personality than my PCP in CA so it took me a bit of time to adjust.I can say he is a compassionate, detailed and well informed doctor.I am grateful to his service to my family. He has been there for us for our routine medical needs but more importantly for the very unexpected and even traumatic medical needs.He also is always ready to direct us to or will find physicians who specialize in the service we need. I could not be happier now with the choice I made 4 years ago. Another plus is the team at the office.

Meh. I've had better doctors, I've had worse. I was super spoiled by my fantastic D.O. in Festus, but I dont live anywhere near there anymore.
