Melissa Marie Rickerson's Online Review Report Card

I had the worst experience with Melissa Rickerson on my son's last visit It was so bad that we immediately switched providers - out of that office completely. This was the first time in the years of bringing my children to this office that I came in looking more natural or "ethnic" than usual -curly hair, ripped jeans, and an Outkast shirt. Her prejudice, vicious demeanor, poor attitude, and unprofessionalism was shocking!! Not to mention this was the third visit for my son with no real remedy. We took him to urgent care after this horrible experience and found out that he had RSV all along. I wouldn't recommend her as a provider, to anyone.

We love Dr Rickerson and she is a wonderful doctor to our 3 kids. She is attentive, caring and compassionate. I never feel bad for asking all my questions no matter how trivial.

We love Dr. Rickerson! She is extremely easy to talk to and is wonderful with our son! I highly recommend her to anyone seeking out a pediatrician for their little ones.

We have had great experiences with Dr. Rickerson, the nurses, Dr. Hagan and the staff at Mercy Pediatrics. Dr. Rickerson always takes her time and never makes us feel rushed. Everyone is very friendly and goes out of their way to ensure my little ones are as comfortable as possible.

We love being Dr. Rickerson's patient! She is so warm and caring, and she takes time to answer all of our questions every visit. Our son has never felt uncomfortable or afraid to come to a visit with her. It is refreshing to have a doctor who isn't afraid to take a few extra minutes to make sure our son has asked all of his questions as well - no matter how silly those questions are. She is THE PEDIATRICIAN for Wentzville!

I saw two different pediatricians (at a different office) who I did not care for at all. They always acted like they were pressed for time and dismissed any question I ever had. Plus their bedside manners were very poor. I loved Dr. Rickerson from the moment I met her. She's very thorough, caring, takes lots of time with you, and communicates very effectively. I'm so glad I've finally found a Ped in Wentzville who I trust with my son's care and that I'm comfortable with.

Caring and thorough. She listens to my concerns and if I have a question about a concern regarding one of my other children she listens and advises. She gets down on their level and speaks to them too My children like her and interact with her better than our old dr.

Dr. Rickerson has always been caring and attentive with my kids. She is patient and understanding of my questions and/or concerns. Her exams are very thorough, and she plays and converses with my son & daughter. She is the best pediatrician I have taken my kids to. When my daughter started having behavioral issues, she helped us find the specialists we needed to diagnose and treat her mental illnesses. I hope she stays in the practice until my kids no longer need a pediatrician!
