Spent all of 2 minutes with us. Despite repeated calls, took over a month to review results of a CT scan he ordered for life threatening aneurysm. Referred us to surgeon, but did not do required follow up with surgeon. Once again had to call and sadly they didn't even seem to have record of referral. I'm sure he knows how to put in a stent and maybe doesn't know how to hire competent staff. Either way unacceptable.

Snitzer spent all of 2 minutes with us. Took him a month to review CT scan results for a life threatening aortic aneurysm. Did not coordinate with surgeon and we had to call to get them to look at computer entry concerning surgery. I guess he knows how to put in a stent, but doesn't really seem to care about followup. Or maybe it's his staff who are ineffective, but either way not acceptable.

I have now had them call & cancel my last 5 scheduled appointments over the past year & a half. When I asked them about this they said their notes show I have cancelled them. I did call once as it was scheduled a year in advance and ended up having to work then but the rest were them. Now they explain a doctor quit so the doctors do not have time & they never know the doctors schedule until a month in advance. So they call a week before my scheduled visit to cancel & reschedule 3 months out.

Dr. Snitzer is a wonderful, compassionate doctor. If you need a cardiologist he is the best. My husband and I have been seeing him for over 6 years. We have complete faith in his judgement. He was there to see me through my heart surgery and all the complications that came with it. I know mine and my husband's hearts are in ver good hands. The staff at Metro Heart Group are also very warm and caring, they know almost all of their patients by name. They get you in and out in a timely manner and are very friendly. It makes going to the doctor not so awful.
