Caring staff and short wait time.
The staff at this location was super friendly. They we’re so efficient and kind. I would highly recommend every single person that I dealt with. They were friendly and helpful.
Everyone I dealt with was great and friendly. They are handling the pandemic nicely. Having people coming and going at different times to avoid exposure.
Very friendly and took great care of me. Very professional. I’m from out of state and didn’t know where to go when I cut my finger. I would highly recommend total access urgent care to anyone needing medical attention.
The entire staff at TAUC in Wentzville 7 was wonderful. From the young man at the desk that got me check in and then let me know about how long it would be, to the clinical that got me diagnosed, and the laid back gentleman that got all my testing done; the entire staff was exceptional. I was in and out and 24 hours feel better. I would without a doubt recommend TAUC 7 Wentzville!
Excellent care. Patience is required by all who enter . Staff knowledgeable and friendly. I will use this site again
The staff was waaaay overworked the day I brought my son in there and yet they treated him like he was the only patient in the office. I can’t say enough positive things about all that work at the TAU in Wentzville!

Very wonderful! I only had to come for an employment drug test. The ladies working were so nice. The individual working with me was very patient, as I was having difficulty peeing for the test. I definitely want to thank them for their kind personalities.
I have long believed that TAUC was a practice that gouges patients by performing unneeded testing and procedures to run up patients bills.as much as possible. Today 1-4-2022, this belief was confirmed without a doubt. My son went into the Wentzville facility with flu like symptoms ( cough, low grade fever, congestion). he was taken back and an EMT is the 1st to see him. Said EMT does NO exam whatsoever! Did not look i his nose , ears, or mouth, did not listen to his chest NOTHING! EMT then starts ordering tests to be done, Flu and Covid. Fortunately wife wife asks " are you going to be able to treat either of these things if the tests are positive?" The answer was NO, The symptoms have been going on beyond the effective period for Tammaflu and there is no treatment for Covid. My wifes reply was then why test? the EMT then proceeds to head down the route of ordering an xray, My wife asks why are you ordering an xray? to rule out Pneumonia he says. My wife stops him again and INSISTS that my son be examined prior to any procedures being performed. EMT goes and gets PA(phys Asst) who Performs exam. NO infections found in ears, nose or throat, and no abnormality in lungs, were found! PA wrote a script for Sudafed! MY wife Was LIVID! Had she not stopped the unnecessary tests my son would have incurred a bill for services that had zero benefit to him, but would have cost him or his ins company THOUSANDS!I called and spoke to the PA about the incident, SPECIFICALLY the tests being ordered without even doing an exam. The reply was " the EMTS protocol is to order based on the symptoms presented. I asked why they didnt perform and exam 1st. She said" EMT would not know what they are looking for or at"CONCLUSION.... EMT while trained doesn't know enough to determine if anything is wrong but its OK for him to order test and spend the patients money even though he doesn't know what's wrong???THIS PLACE IS BUSINESS!BUYER BEWARE!!Im not saying they wont fix you! I am saying they WILL want to get paid for any service they provide weather you REALLY needed it or not!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
