Jeffrey Jon Hull's Online Review Report Card

I have been a patient for 15 years. Dr. Hull does an excellent job of treating my vertigo and managing my inner ear condition. He is very knowledgeable and extremely kind and helpful. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has ear problems.

Great doctor and staff! Took very good care of me.

Staff was mostly excellent and kind, except for billing and appointments. Double billed for 2 co-pays, and got a follow up appointment I was never told about. The doctor was rude, dismissive, and uncommunicative. He did not even address the reason for my visit. He gave 2 prescriptions for antihistamine and nasal spray containing decongestant even though my health history clearly showed dry eye and dry mouth. No mention was made of Sjogren's, even though he should clearly have given me that test to rule it out. I sincerely doubt he cares about his patients. His staff did all the work. He barely looked at my problem ear from the wrong side, leaning across me.

Doctor Hull will not address ENT issues and Allergy issues at the same time, even though he's the deciding person for both, and the only one who can order tests for both. Doctor Hull and staff are very Coy and will not answer questions they know they should share with patients. Dr. Hull and his staff work hard to make as many separated appointments to cost the most amount of money and time to the patient. Only after patient challenges and questions how the process works (to understand it) do they then offer answers and then get upset at any questions asked about the process, then Doctor Hull does threaten patients to do it his way or that you should go to another doctor in Springfield Missouri.

Dr. Hull was very nice and did an excellent job explaining my procedure and alternative treatments to me. He has also done things for several of my friends and family and has always taken excellent care of them. I would recommend him to anyone.

Went to Dr.Hull with sore throat- he immediately recognized it as cancer- did a biopsy- confirming his diagnosis- arranged for the best surgeon and chemo and radiation- this man is plain spoken- doesn’t sugarcoat anything- but he saved my life. Thank you Dr. Hull

Would not recommend this dr. If I would not have went to a different dr I would be dead.

I needed and estimates for a hearing aid that needed a new receiver that cost 65 $ on top of that they said the hearing aid needs cleaning all together would cost 195$!! I took my hearing aid and had it done in a different Hearing Aid Center in West Plains.. cost me inclusive cleaning $65!!!

Not impressed my wife went there with a severe nasal infection run her in and out like a herd of cattle explaining explaning nothing supposed to call Wal Mart pharmacy for prescriptions they failed to do that had to call three times and they forgot pain medicine prescription said we would have to drive clear back over there to get a written one for pain meds very unorganized
