Changed breathing meds then cancelled all of them at pharmacy. I have emphysema, this Dr should have stayed in clown school .

Refused to grant 1 refill of an urgently needed medication wi/out seeing me, though he said his availability was limited due to a family emergency. I also had a family emergency, but he delayed my departure by refusing to call in just one refill. Then he didn't show up; I had to call him. He finally arrived 35 min. late. Thoroughly unprofessional. The good side of this is that it made me determined to get off that pharmaceutical so I never have to put up with this kind of nonsense ever again.

Dr Thakker has taken care of me for years now and has always done complete test to find out what was causing the problem I had and then gave me treatment. He usually gets to the problem quickly and I respect his work. The only problem I have is that he overlooks patients but what doctor doesn't.

Would rather you suffer in chronic pain then to help you. Does not do what he is supposed to do. Only checks blood pressure, lungs and heart beat. I am a chronic patient that suffers everyday with venous stasis ulcers, cops, leftside heart failure, stomach ulcer, high blood pressure and several more complications. Does not help me at all. Looking for a doctor that is going to help me manage a life where I can function. Unable walk won't help me get a chair where I can do things on my own. Several other complaints. Doctor is very uninventive.

the office waits are the longest i have ever seen in my life. just trust me choose a different doctor.

rushes through not always checking everything also updating patients on physicals as needed as well as other needed tests such as mammograms. why should patients have to remind their physician of needed tests??

They make you sit in office and wait while they call your insurance co to make sure visit is covered. If it isn't they give you the option of paying high cash prices that INSTANT or he will NOT see you, nor will write a script for a medication that HE STARTED YOU ON! So you will be out on your hiney trying to find a NEW DOC to continue your care.
