I have started using Hancock Medical because of their association with Ochsner and the ease of using their app for scheduling, communication, etc. I keep going back because the staff is professional, efficient, and pleasant. Wait times are minimal. Multiple tests are well-coordinated. Results are available quickly.

Have been going there weekly for several months for blood work and injections. Welcoming personnel, checking in women, lab personnel to cafeteria employees are wonderful. Since I have fasting blood tests I really enjoy eating their breakfasts. Their prices are amazing too. Thank you to everyone working there for being so wonderful.

Awful customer service In front , daughter came in because she had high fever and vomiting, she could not get swab in the mouth so we asked to try the nose method and nurses in front by the name Courtney smacked her lips and was very impatient with my child while the other nurse Madeline backed her up , i have a feelings this is not their first redo when it come to little black children, very unprofessional and will be reaching out to the higher ups to get this pushed further

Very poor experience with this hospital Courtney Cotter and Madeline was indeed very rude to myself and my daughter. Courtney was rude as soon as we came to the back. Never experienced anything like it. She needs to be fired. She makes the hospital look bad. Very insensitive nurse. I don’t even know how she’s even a nurse at all. Please be care especially if you are a black woman coming in with Children. I’m not sure if she treats all black women and children this way but she did to mine. I would not recommend this hospital/ER
