It's my first visit here and everyone has been amazing. From the friendly office team to the incredible Doctor Adrian Dobrescu himself. They have all been overwhelmingly sincere in every way. Thank you for caring so much, you’re the best!!!

Has absolutely no bedside manner, acts like a bully, doesn't communicate or listen to concerns of the patient. Went in for a simple mole shave removal and received an even larger deep pitted scar on my face. I specifically communicated with him that I was worried about a scar and would have left the tiny flesh colored mole alone rather than have a scar. He cut way below the skin's surface to remove it. It looks like I have a chicken pox scar and in 2 years has barely changed. I went back to see him about it and asked why he cut so far below the skin and if in fact he actually shaved it off because it looked more like an excision. He haughtily replied with "I don't know how you heal!" Didn't even explain or answer what procedure he performed, I guess as the patient I'm just supposed to guess. He than said that he could cut the scar out it and stitch me up. I told him no way and that I only would let a Plastic surgeon cut me. He got so angry at my comment like a child and practically stormed out. Other dermatologists that I have seen after even were surprised that he didn't shave it down to the skin's surface to avoid a scar. From the minute this Dr. walked in the room he was on his phone talking all loudly as if he were taking bets at a racetrack on a Sat. night. The whole full body examination was abrupt and uncomfortable as well. I regret ever walking through his office's doors.

I saw Dr. Dobrescu 2 yrs ago to get a few moles removed. From the minute he entered the room he was quite unprofessional. He came in while on his cell phone speaking all loudly to someone as if he were shoveling bets at a race track on a Fri night. While there I was asked to get completely undressed for a full body exam which was also abrupt and uncomfortable. He removed a tiny flesh colored mole on my face that was barely noticeable. I wanted it removed by shaving it off. Since it was on my face , I explained to him that I was extremely concerned about scarring and wanted it shaved to the surrounding skin. He obviously did not listen or respect my concerns because I was left with a deep pitted scar w/ uneven ridges, bigger than mole removed. It looks like a chicken pox mark and has made me self conscious and depressed. When I went back to see him I asked why he cut so deep, he rudely replied " I don't know how you heal!" Never explained or answered my questions. No bedside manners

The entire office is exceptional to intake and the providers. I have had several appointments and each time I have been pleased with Tasha,who is so helpful and extremely friendly. Delaina and Dr. Dobrescu and the other staff are exceptional. Dr.Dobrescu and Delaine took the time to address my concerns and guide me toward the best treatment possible. I greatly appreciate the service.
