Dudley Burwell's Online Review Report Card

Annette from Dr. Dudley Burwell’s office has left 2 voicemails on my phone, yesterday and today, stating the patient’s first and last name and the name of the clinic from which she was referred. My voicemail greeting clearly states my first and last name which is nowhere close to the patient’s name. They obviously had the wrong number yet continued to disclose information on the voicemail. If they are this careless with patient information and lack attention to detail such as my greeting clearly stating a different name than the patient’s, it really makes you wonder what else they won’t pay attention to.

I am so incredibly grateful for Dr Burwell , and all the staff . Not only is Dr Burwell a top notch Dr , he also has an amazing bed side manner. When he visited me prior to my hip replacement surgery, I knew I was in the best of the best hands. I truly believe that has much to do with my amazing recovery. God bless Dr Burwell, and the entire staff , always .

Terrible treatment of my mother. So sad. Basically left her in the hospital and didn't bother to check up on her, months after surgery. Makes me physically sick to see her in so much pain.

I have had nothing but a good experience from Dr. Burwell, and his staff. They take the time needed to take care of you and are very caring of your problems. I would recommend him thoroughly.

Every time I’ve taken my daughter to Dr Burrell, in my heart, I know she is in the best of hands. He truly cares about his patients. Black or white. I recommend him highly! Quite frankly, 5 stars are still very low!

Such a nice professional man has lots of experience in all. His nurses are extremely.nice,compassionate and really rake the time with you. Also everyone is neat well groomed and with a smile including up front staff and x-ray texhnicuan.

Dr. Burwell did two hip replacements for me in the past six months. He used the anterior approach for both. This was performed expertly in my opinion because my recovery was extremely fast. My physical therapists were all very impressed. Dr. Burwell has been very pleasant from the first visit until the last check up. He took much time to explain the procedure to me and to review my x-rays and my health. He wasn’t pushy about surgery therefore when I made up my mind to have it I was more than ready. I can’t say enough to recommend Dr. Burwell. He is absolutely the top surgeon for your orthopedic care.
