Received care at this location while I was on vacation and was pleased with my overall experience. Short wait time. The NP eased my concerns and was thorough with a treatment plan after I had a reaction to medication I’d taken for an illness. Highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Quick. And they helped my step brother who has disabilities feel like he was a part of the experience without talking down to him. He loved the person we saw so much that he wants to change physicians to her. She spoke plainly so that he would understand but not as if he was a child (he is 54) and he felt good about that.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly patient and courteous. The nurse was very empathetic and put me at ease. The doctor was thorough and kind. I went in with severe back pain that had been getting worse over the course of this week. They listened to my concerns, helped with relieving the pain, and referred me to a specialist to look into the cause of the pain. I also had another concern unrelated to the back pain and they helped with that as well. Incredibly grateful for such a quick and painless visit. I will definitely be returning to Fast Pace on Pass Rd the next time I need an urgent care. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
