Joanna Dupont's Online Review Report Card

Probably the most abrasive, rude, uncaring medical "professional" I've ever come across. She made such rude comments to me BOTH times my son saw her, I ended up in tears. She may have the degrees, but absolutely no manners and she is definitely not kid-friendly.

I think Dr. Dupont is fantastic. She is great with my girls.

Sorry excuse for a doctor. The nurses at the hospital were more knowledgable and helpful than DuPont. She is rude and doesn't belong in her feild.

On the day that I took my son into the doctor's office the staff was preoccupied with what time they usually get off. They were still professional and courteous though. There was a mishap with our insurance that was eventually cleared up before making it into a treatment room. After about a thirty minute wait with a six year old with a sinus headache, we finally got to see Dr.Dupont. First off...she entered the room with a uncaring air. She began to ask what was the problem and the symptoms. My son told her what was wrong and I began filling in b/c he is six. I was trying ti let her know that our family has a history of sinus problems and i myself have a history of migranes even at the age of six. She cut me off. She then asked me what I give him to treat the headaches when he has them. I responded childrens tylenol. She asked how much...I responded I fill the little cup to the top line of measuring cup that comes with the medicine. She said that she couldn't work with a cup and line that comes with the medicine....I needed to learn how to use a spoon....like a teaspoon. Then she started asking me about my insurance. I told her that my insurance was not an issue...she needed to just treat my son. She then wanted to know how much i would have to pay for prescriptions. That is none of her business. Her concern for insurance overwhelmed her concern for the patient. NOT GOOD!
