I truly felt Dr. Cox was genuinely concerned about my neck/back problems. He sat down and explained my xray to me.,, & what he would do to help relieve the pain I am experiencing. I am still concerned about having surgery performed on my neck, but I feel a lot better about it knowing he will be the one performing it.

This was my second visit with Dr Cox. He explained everything thoroughly with me, answered my questions, and had a great bedside manner at both visits. It’s a relief to feel confidence and trust in a provider when you need help.

Wait time is ridiculous. Every time I come I wait over an hour past my appointment time. Had hand surgery with no improvement. The incision got horribly infected. The nurse just started ripping scabs off. It was so awful and painful. I literally had to tell her to stop. Turned out that the Dr. did surgery on the wrong spot. Now I have no feeling at all in my thumb. I’m horrified! Definitely don’t recommend Bienville.

My 83 year old mother had surgery on her arm, and came to this place for a follow up. I had to take time off of work, and get my mom to her appointment on time. I get here, check in, fill out the paperwork and take a seat. I overheard the receptionist tell another patient that the doctor we were here to see was not in today! Get that? We got NO phone call, no notification of ANY KIND!! THIS IS TOTAL UNPROFESSIONALISM, and this practice ought to be ashamed of themselves!!

Because I was in the medical field for many years , I worked with and around many doctors . At this time I am very pleased with my care with Dr Cox . It is very important to me that I feel that my Dr takes the time to hear what I’m saying even if it doesn’t fit the per say by the text book symptoms because everyone ‘s body experience can be different with illness and disease . He seems to be extremely patient, shows he cares , answer all questions of concerns , never seems to be in a hurry to leave the room without giving confirmation in trying to solve the issue at hand . He seems very knowledgeable of my problems and gives me a trusting feeljng in his expertise . I am pleased that he actual does hands on physical examines amongst all other necessary test to confirm and rule out issues . Therefore I am highly pleased with Dr Cox as my doctor and highly recommend him .
