Mark Brown's Online Review Report Card

Let me preface by saying that I have had a very bad experience with previous eye surgery. Finding a doctor that I could trust in Baldwin Co was difficult and took a lot of prayers. Since I was a first-time patient, I filled out the paperwork online prior to my arrival. I still had a few "pages" to sign electronically, but it took just a few minutes. The wait was short in both the waiting room and in the examining room. Meanwhile, I was pleasantly impressed to see the doctor walk the patient that he had just finished a procedure on, to the waiting room door. What doctor does that? Dr Brown and his nurse were both very patient with me. They answered my questions and encouraged me to call or email before my procedure, if I had any other questions or concerns. I felt like Dr. Brown, and his staff, really cared about me. I never felt rushed. I can't say that I'm looking forward to the procedure, however I do know that I'm in the best hands that God has placed in my path on this Earth.

Everyone at Dr. Brown's facility was wonderful! I am very pleased with the surgical results and am very thankful someone steered me to Dr. Brown!  Not only did I receive great medical care, but they made the process so much better, putting me completely at ease.  Catherine was extremely helpful prior to the surgery and following it, answering any and all questions I had.  And Dr. Brown's sense of humor made the entire experience fun.  I would highly recommend anyone needing surgery to go to Dr. Brown!

Great bedside manner. Answers any questions and concerns like it's the first time he's heard those concerns. The entire staff was nice and willing to help in any way.

I had the extra skin of my eyelids removed today and it was a great experience! The nurses and techs were all wonderful and informative and very friendly and helpful. Doctor Brown stepped in and talked to me and made sure I knew what to expect. I would definitely recommend Óculo-Facial Consultants.

Extremely concerned with an eye problem, I was referred to Dr. Brown.  This was my lucky day!  Dr. Brown's credentials are very impressive.  Not  only is he very intelligent, he is also courteous, kind, considerate, all with a delightful sense of humor.  He and his staff are very friendly, making the patient feel comfortable and safe.  For any type of eye-problem or issue, I definitely recommend Dr. Brown.

Dr. Brown and his staff are personable and welcoming. I felt at home the minute I walked into the office. The camaraderie amongst the staff was evident and Dr. Brown was a part of the team.....so rare!

Very pleasant office personnel. Dr.Brown and his staff are extremely kin, patient and understanding about your special needs. All information is explained and then ask if you have any questions. Dr. Brown, himself, is quite a character. He makes you feel very comfortable and is very explicit about what he intends for you to do, in a comical but serious manner. I like his mannerisms. I would recommend him to anyone that has TED or needs eyelids fixed.
