Doesn’t give any info or updates. Rushes in and out every time he attempts to give an update. Honestly a rude man that doesn’t care about people and seems like he’s just doing this job for the money. I’d almost rather an inexperienced first day on the job doctor then this man. He is very inconsiderate of people and is very arrogant and has an attitude just for asking questions because I guess he’s in a hurry to get somewhere else.

Dr Gruich saved my daughter's life. When I had a hysterectomy, the cord was wrapped around her neck. She wasn't breathing. They called Dr Gruich and he immediately came in the room. I don't remember much, other than him saving my daughter's life. My daughter's father was in the room with me and recorded everything. Dr Gruich was so gentle, and he continuously assured us both that our baby was going to be fine. She spent a week in NICU. It's been 4 years, and she is a healthy, beautiful little girl. She's my true miracle- as I lost 4 before her and was told I wouldn't carry her full term. I was on bed rest the entire pregnancy, and sick every day. I was terrified of losing my baby throughout the entire pregnancy. When I didn't get to hear her cry.. or even hold her- I thought she wouldn't make it. I am forever indebted to Dr Gruich. I don't care what anyone else says about him... He literally SAVED MY DAUGHTER'S LIFE! I would say that in itself deserves an award. He's my HERO.

Dr. Gruich is amazing. As a first time mom, he explains everything very well & makes sure I understand. We love Dr. Gruich & are so grateful we found him to be our son’s pediatrician.

If I was able to, I wouldn’t leave a star at all. He misdiagnosed my son and got mad with me for getting a second opinion and told me to continue seeing the other doctor. He’s too arrogant and should not be working with children. If you do not have a passion for the job you’re performing, you should have chosen another profession. He was very unprofessional because I was a concerned parent and knew something more was wrong with my child than what he was saying! Very bad doctor and would not recommend anyone to send their children to him. He’s also very rude and doesn’t like hearing what’s wrong with YOUR child. He diagnose your children with anything and won’t listen to a word you’re saying! Everything is a “summer cold” yeah right! My 5 month old baby has RSV and trouble breathing and he wouldn’t do his job because he didn’t feel like it! He also left a rude email to his receptionist to read to me over the phone telling to see the provider that actually took her time to run tests and find out what’s wrong with my son! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO HIM! He’s a rude rotten mouth “doctor”

Dr. Gruich has delivered thousands of babies by now I'm sure in all of his years of being a pediatrician. He is a very busy man that devotes his life to saving, delivering and caring for the health needs of babies and children. He is down-to-earth, caring and experienced, and a very knowledgeable pediatrician far beyond what just a college degree alone can designate in a person. He cares about the welfare of the children he has as patients, and would under no circumstance put them in jeopardy by ordering extra unnecessary work done or prescribing drugs they don't need just to put money into his pocket. He is an ethical, natural person who happens to be a highly professional pediatrician. Most any young mothers under age 45 here that you'll meet in Biloxi, Dr. Gruich will have delivered their babies and also be their childs pediatrician... That's how I was referred to this clinic, because of how many people from this area recommended him before I had my son... Pretty much everyone I met

I'm so glad I chose Dr. Gruich out of any of the possible choices, it was the work of the cosmos to direct us here to him, to deliver our son and be his doctor. He is the only pediatrician serving this clinic, as it is his own private clinic, so you know you'll always get to see him. His staff is over the top friendly, professional, caring and patient... Never once have I had an unpleasant experience with any of the staff working there, no matter how busy they have been or how many times I've had to call for dumb reasons just to double check something. The wait times aren't nearly as long as other places either, 15 minutes at most before being brought to a private room. I actually look forward to my son's well-child checkups when it comes to seeing Dr. Gruich and his staff... Is that strange? He calms the mommy fears and brings you back down to earth in a calm and caring way when you come here. He treats the mothers and fathers with equal respect, and it actually seems like he "knows" each child he deals with, even though he has hundreds (probably) of patients under his care, even besides the babies he delivers at the hospital every single day. This man very rarely, if ever, has a day off, and I mean ever... But it hasn't affected his kindness or demeanor when it comes to his service as a doctor. If I could give him more than five stars, I would.
