My husband and I waited over an hour to get a flu shot. I approached the front desk two separate times to find out when we would be called . Finally the third time someone called us back and said the front desk did not sign us in properly. With all the new hires, I am sure they aren’t trained long enough to do their job correctly. It makes It difficult to recommend others if this clinic is run in this way.

Upon a recommendation from a friend I discovered the best primary care physician. I never felt rushed and felt that she answered any questions I may have had. Doctor Rose was friendly and personable and made my first visit with her a pleasurable experience. Dr Roses nurse at this Memorial Clinic was also. professional and knowledgeable. The best part is that Dr Rose is young and comes with the best education possible.

Office staff refused to make an appointment to see Dr. Rose until it was determined that I was acceptable to become a new patient. I wouldn't go there if she was the last physician practicing. Sorry for her if she's a good doctor, but I could never endure interaction with the front office staff.

I was required to fill out an 'application' before they would schedule an appointment for me. Three days later, they called me and told me the doctor had 'denied' my application. When I asked why, they told me that they were not given that information. I feel discriminated against, profiled, and generally slapped in the face by this doctor. I may seek legal advice about this.

Love Dr Rose - she listens to the patient. But getting someone to answer the phone to make an appointment is ridiculous!

When I had a CT scan done Dr Rebecca Rose told me that my results were normal. However I got a copy of the test and it showed I had lesions on my liver. I asked her why she didn't disclose this to me? Dr Rose said she "didn't feel that finding was medically relevant". Wth?! My father died of liver cancer, I'm on high-risk biologics for autoimmune disorders that's known to cause lymphomas..how can she say that? Medically incompetent she is, I'd say! Might want to stay away from this doctor!
