Very disappointed in this doctor. I called to let the office know that my husband had an accident and possibly had broken bones, for sure an infection starting. We are both licensed medical professionals with 40+years experience between us, so I gave very detailed assessment of the symptoms and requested antibiotics. She didn't ask him to come in, didn't order antibiotics. Had to wait for his regular doctor, even though Bethala was on call. Now, my husband has a serious infection and referral to surgeon for something that, if treated in the beginning, wouldn't have got this bad. This is how negligence and malpractice suits gets started. What happened to professional courtesy, too?

I can truthfully say that I have never met a more sincerely caring person, much less a physician. Her knowledge, thorough assessments and gentle manners are what all medical care professionals should exhibit. I have been her patient for more than 15 years.

I love Dr Bethala. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. She takes time to talk to the patient, there is no rush. She answers all your questions patiently. I think the longest I ever waited was 15 minutes. Well organized office! All her office staff is great too, all equally friendly & polite. Havent met one aingle person, who works at that office who was grumpy or had an attitude or anything. I highly recommend Dr Bethala!
