November 2018. My experience with Dr David Chase was a shock to say the least. He had treated me for several years. I have COPD. He decided I needed an FOB. This is where he went in and cleaned or sprayed my lungs. I was suppose to be in and out. Staying overnight for only one night. This didn't happen. After this procedure he came to my hospital room that evening. Telling me there was something in my lungs, glowing. I informed him that this glowing inside my lung had to be my 3 teeth permanent bridge. He laughed and refused to believe me. Mind you, I am looking at him at this time. For the first time, without front teeth. He went back into my lung to retrieve this. It took three times and each time was two days apart. I was in the hospital for the month of November. Because of this. Pyemia set up. I was then with Home Health for 8 weeks after discharge. When he discharged me. He told me to come to his office anytime and he would see me. My husband had to take me to see him in his
