Staff is always nice and the doctors are thorough.
My 90yo mom sees a NP here. She had a UTI. They made her come in to do urinalysis to verify. Called in script for her. Fast forward 2 weeks. Done with meds, uti is back. I went on my chart to send a message about this. Figured they’d call in stronger antibiotic. At 6:30am, day before thanksgiving, I sent to the NP she saw 2 weeks ago and to an NP she has seen several times. At 2:30pm, no call, no message on my chart so I called. The girl said she left a message with NP as she just went in room with patient. She also took which pharmacy to call in script and my ph number. 6:30pm (they close at 7pm), still nothing and pharmacy closes at 7 and day before thanksgiving. I called and was told they have 48 hours to respond to messages. First I had heard that. I was told I could bring her Friday. Seriously?!?! I did everything they asked exactly as they asked but they couldn’t call in a script? If she needed to come in to get in the cattle line to get a 2nd script, they should have said so. She’s 90 with a recurrent UTI, the day before thanksgiving and this is the best they could do?!?! Will seek other healthcare, possibly ER as nothing else will be open now til Friday. And she will be exposed to flu now and who knows what else because of incompetence and lack of communication. Completely ridiculous care.
Very rude to me when I went in for my appointment the only time they were nice is when my family was tested for covid when they came out to my vehicle and that lasted about 5 minutes but as far as bedside manners Dr Patel did not have it
Dr. Patel is an amazing doctor! She really listens to your concerns and is very thorough. Love this clinic.
My mother was Misdiagnosed with a sinus infection yesterday. !! They sent her home with amoxicillin which is the weakest antibiotic on the market SO SHE HAD TO GO TO ER LAST NIGHT TO FIND OUT SHE HAD BRONCHITIS. INCOMPETENT!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM ME TODAY BAPTIST RESERVOIR!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! DR HEADLY???? DR WHO WAS IT WHO SENT MY 75 YEAR OLD MOTHER.HOME UNDIAGNOSED WITH BRONCHITIS???
Felt as if my health was not cared about.
Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Healthcare providers are top notch, they really care about their patients. Staff does a great job in this pandemic period, especially compared to a lot of other local clinics.
I have always received excellent medical care from this clinic when I needed to see a doctor immediately. They have a new "doctor" there now who I saw because I had diarrhea for 5 days! I had blood test that showed on MyChart I had an infection and was flagged. The person I saw failed to diagnose it. I now have to see my regular doctor for the same problem if my insurance will pay for it. My regular doctor asked if she took a specific test. After getting no diagnose she said she didn't take that test because I wasn't on antibiotics. YOU can contact C Diff SEVERAL other ways including being in a hospital. What a waste of time! My GI doctor was kind enough to prescribe something to harden my bowel movement without having to come in.
I am not sure what all the poor reviews are about. The staff has always been very friendly and Dr. Charvi Patel is amazing. She listens well and provides great comprehensive answers to my questions.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
