Jeff Clark's Online Review Report Card

Dr Clark was awesome. Took care of my kidney stone issues. Hope I never have to go back, but if I do, I have great confidence in him and his staff.

Terrible, arrogant and not acceptable as someone in the business of helping others. He treats his patients like they are subhuman and stupid, will not explain ANYTHING. After a visit to his office, you will know LESS about your problems than when you came in. There's plenty of other doctors to choose from, don't waste your time or money with this guy. Find someone who actually wants to help you. I took my Mother to see him, he was useless and rude.

No bed side manner. Gives no information. We know less now than we did before surgery. Completely unprofessional and obviously has no concern for patients. Did not even send home after surgery instructions!

Dr. Clark performed several Lithitripsies on my wife. His office and bedside manner were extremely poor. The first couple of procedures were successful but once there was an issue with a stone he immediately blamed my wife saying she was too fat (she is maybe 10-15 pounds overweight). She complained of back pain from the remaining stone and he stated that was arthritis although my wife has no history of arthritis.

Dr. Clark has been my doctor for many years. He is the best there is. Being born with kidney issues and having 2 major kidney surgeries, I have great respect and confidence in this doctor. Simply put, Dr. Clark is an awesome urologist.

Dr. Clark and staff were very professional and friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

He doesn't stay to answer your questions. He seems like a "cold" person. He was harsh to my husband when performing a cystoscope procedure, telling him not to holler or he couldn't do the procedure. Hello! Then the nurse just told us a prescription was called in-nothing about it. We tried questioning her and she said to follow what is on bottle. My husband even tried calling to let them know of a problem-but no call back!! In finding him another dr.

My experience with Dr. Clark was one of the most unpleasant & unprofessional experiences I have ever had with a physician. From not keeping his word to me regarding appt scheduling to refusing me a work excuse although his written discharge instructions of no straining/lifting are in direct conflict to my job duties as a PT to shouting at my 77 y/o mother to the, so far, poor results of his lithotripsy on me, replacing him mid treatment course was the right choice. Dr. Clark, you're fired.

I would not recommend Dr. Clark . My husband almost died because of his lack of knowledge or caring about his patients. My husband went to Dr Clark. After exam. & test, Dr. Clark told my husband he had E-coli in his bladder and he need surgery on his bladder. Antibiotics were prescribed for 10 days & 4 days later without checking for E-coli, Dr Clark did surgery. Two days after that he was rush to ER. Blood work showed E-coli in blood. New Dr. said he had E-coli when surgery was done.

Money hungry won't do an emergency surgery due to them wanting $800 right now. We have ins. And a first it was set up for tomorrow until I couldn't pay this massive amount. Now my husband and father of 3 will be out of work for over a month and we may lose all we having including out home. All over a greedy doctor and a massave kidney stone.
