Dr. Estess has a very quiet demeanor. He explains what he is going to do and how long it will take. He has helped me with each of my problems and I am very satisfied. I have referred people to him.

Dr. E agreed to see me.A recorded message was left by non medical staff on his plan of care with knowledge of my dx. or hx. I was told via recorded msg., "No narcotics will ever be written for you." Having a dz. with chronic pain can be dehumanizing. If I wanted to abuse pain meds I would not call a MD.A non curable dz. is not a want for narcotics, it's a need for help. Staff needs in service. Dr E.read the hypocritical oath you took. "First. Do no harm." Fail. You sir are part of the problem

He was arrogant, did not listen to what I had to say about my pain. Just told me If I didnt do his shots in the back it was because I did not want to end my pain. Not very good at bedside manners and acted as though he was not to be questioned. Just follow his orders blindly. Needs a big lesson in humility.
