This clinic charges every minute you’re in their office. Apparently I was in there for 45 minutes and got charged for it, even though I did not take up but 10-15 minutes of their time (as I was the one who waited on them). My bill calls it “Office/Outpatient New Low MDM 30-44 Minutes” with $147 next to the charge title. After questioning the charge, they confirmed that they charge for patients time in their office. I have been to many clinics and never seen such a thing. Extremely appalling. Additionally, the quality of service here was very off putting, as the nurse was clearly in a bad mood (which made me very quiet as her demeanor made me uncomfortable). If those things don’t bother you, then this clinic shouldn’t be a problem for you. As for my husband and I, we will be looking for another place to go, unfortunately.

The blonde long hair lady that worked at the front desk 2/4/22 is very unprofessional and needs additional training. From the waiting area, I personally heard her make unprofessional loud comments about patients in the wait area. It’s a quiet clinic and your voice carries! Do better! I think I may take my business elsewhere.

I sure wish I could make an appointment for today. I’ve only been on hold for almost ten minutes. Tried setting up an appointment online but it won’t let you make same day appointments only future appts. Baptist used to be my go to but I will be going to MEA or Merit Health at least they can answer a phone call.

I am always in and out within 20-30 min. I think they run that clinic the way other people need to do theirs.

Miss work and show up 2 minutes to scheduled appointment and get turned away because she wasn’t 15 minutes early, with no notice to be 15 minutes early. Along with the bad attitudes this is it for me and us. I’ll never set foot in the place again
