I am an emergency physician. During the pandemic hospitals have been overwhelmed. Dr. Miles does not work with the hospital at which I was working. However, I needed a urologist to save a man’s life by performing a procedure that no one else could do. I called every hospital in the state and all surrounding states and no one could help my patient. For two days this man hovered near death. Dr. Miles drove an hour to my hospital after work and saved this man’s life on his own time. Being this selfless is truly what it means to be a doctor and I am humbled by him as a physician.

Patient and patient wishes are not important to Dr. Miles. Diagnostics and physical are very, very poor. He practice the way it was done in the past (> 20 years ago). Save time and money and go to a bigger city (= Memphis or Jackson) to get a professional evaluation.

This is a comment from a concern citizen, I know one of Dr. Miles cancer patient personally and this patient has stage four cancer in two organs. Dr. Miles refuse to sign papers for this patient to get insurance from the state stating that his illness was not serious enough. Black people wake up you can not depend on your own

I was seen within 5 minutes of competing my paperwork. Office staff courteous and friendly. Really took interest in me and my health, was easy to understand and workup was comprehensive. All around good experience.
