This review concerns my son. Went in having severe left arm pain. Wanted to just give him a muscle relaxer!! We made an appt with a cardiologist and found out he had blockage in upper and lower heart. Cardiologist cleared out the blockage and he is now doing great He could have died had we not taken steps to get him the proper care.

The staff are great... when you can get an appointment! When I've called about urgent needs, the soonest I could get in to see my doc (or ANYONE) has been between 1 week later and 3 MONTHS later... (This is unacceptable for needs such as getting tested for Strep.) Perhaps I have a misunderstanding of the role of a primary care physician. I have expected that they would be the first person I would go to with a health issue. But when appropriately timed appointments aren't available, this is impossible.

Most of the staff is efficient and highly professional while also comfortingly casual at the same time. There is one exception: If you need to contact them you will need to go through the App, as you will have no luck calling. Even if they pick up you will be inevitably put on hold until they decide to hang up. I called before my appointment yesterday and was on hold after the receptionist asked if I was okay... I would have been fine if I had been on hold for a while, but it was an hour and a half. I understand that they are understaffed, but when I showed up half an hour later after they hung up *on me* without notice, they weren't terribly busy. Otherwise, they'd be 5-star.

They lost my paperwork THREE times, blamed once on my 82 year old father. And I am still not convinced that they will properly file my paperwork so I can take care of Dad when he needs assistance. They didn’t seem to mind our leaving with no reassurance it would be taken care of. They changed his appointment without letting him know about it until he called the day before to verify it. He and I have been THREE times to this clinic and have not once seen an MD. I have to take off work to assist him in getting to his appointments and they were unapologetic or sympathetic. Also, they were extremely rude when I was upset that my father had to be transported again to be seen. I do not recommend this clinic if you want to feel assured that you are heard or being properly taken care of.

The girls at reception don't seem to know much, and they wouldn't even see me until later in the day. I went to MEA and everything went much smoother.

After correcting 2 times they Sent me a bill with wrong first and last name when 3rd time I went there to correct my name they say I never been seen here than how come I got the bill 🤔 . receptionist told me she fix everything in the system and I paid my bill still they gave receipt for wrong first and last name. Disappointed

Dr. Nohra is a kind, highly competent medical professional who helped to save my life when I had a perforated colon and sepsis last fall. I highly recommend Dr. Nohra. A friend who taught at the University of Mississippi Medical School for decades told me that Dr. Nohra was the finest student she ever had.

Dr. Mongamery is great but the NP and office stuff is horrible! Very Poorly run the clinic, Not professional at all. Very rude , with all these good clinic around, will definitely not go back with them!

Called to make an appointment. The receptionists are horrible. They place you on hold repeatedly and without warning. It took 30 minutes just to make an appointment and calling first thing in the morning, they only have something available for the next day. This is terrible when you are sick and need treatment. Go someplace else.
