Dr. Sykes is amazing, however the black lady at the front desk is extremely rude! This is not the first run in that I’ve had with her either. I’ve been about 4 times and all 4 times she has had an extremely bad attitude. I called to say I was running behind but that I would be there shortly. When I came in she told me that the next time I’m late my daughter would not be seen. I almost smacked her .

Extremely friendly and professional staff and doctors. It was very comforting to see how they handled my newborn. Great clinic!

Very disorganized

This place is awesome! Very sweet employees and answers abt question. Dr. Vernekar is one of the most sweetest and patient person me and my husband have met❤️

I’ve been dealing with Dr Sykes for over 26 years. I’ve always gotten the best care for my children and up until lately it’s been easy to call and set up appointments and get timely information. On several occasions I’ve called to get shot records, information, ask questions and or schedule an appointment and I’ve never gotten the call back I was told I would get. I’ve had to call back and have been put on hold so long I drove half way from West Point and was still on hold when I walked in the office! Customer service has slowly gone down and I hope that it gets better because in the past it’s been great!

Dr. Sykes is fantastic. My kids always enjoy interacting with her and we have never had anything to complain about. The lady up front is also very kind.

Came for a well child checkup. Arrived on time for appt at 10am, wasn’t called back until 1110, and doc didn’t come in the room until 1155. They were down 2 providers and knew they were running very behind but never told us until I asked at 1100 if we had been forgotten about. Talked to the doc about the wait and she was surprised we had not been told about the wait or asked if we wanted to reschedule.

Most unfriendly staff we have ever dealt with.

Better Bedside Manners and the Staff need to be more friendly

Dr pam was very nice. how ever the other ladies that we have seen were also nice but have misdiagnosed my kids twice. They are always unsure of what the issue is. So they just go with what they think it is. One my son had 3 little bumps by his mouth. They never seemed to bother him. They told us he had hand foot and mouth. Turns out he only had a reaction to cow milk. Another thing the woman in the front when you sign in is so rude. She was all nice when I was signing in until she seen I had all 3 kids that needed to be seen and her whole demeanor changed. Also my daughter has had a bad cough for years that never go away and they will not look further into it so we have to else where and see why this cough won't go away. Lastly they never told us they will no longer accept our insurance until last min when my infant has shots due.
