WARNING!!! If you have a change in health insurance the staff at the front desk will not put your insurance in properly. Nor will they update your information. They send you a link which you probably won't get. When you call to insure they have the correct information, mailing address & that they have the correct insurance as primary, the person that answers acts like you're bothering her. When you get the bill and discover they billed insurance incorrectly, over charging you, they flat out don't care and refuse to correct their errors. Don't get me started on the diagnosis, etc.

Long wait even with appt. I thought appts would be seen before walk ins but 4 of 7 walkins were seen as well as three appts scheduled before mine. Waited 2.5+ hours before getting to exam room. Great care once back there. This facility needs more than one Nurse Practitioner and a couple of helpers!
