I simply went in and asked for a copy of existing paperwork and was told there would be no charge. My insurance was billed for a full check and visit and I received a bill in the mail for an astonishing amount. I was there a total of about 10 minutes. I would not recommend this place and me along with any of my family will never be back. I will gladly pay for services rendered but this is ridiculous.
