I love this place because they have really good doctors and courteous and helpful employees.
This has been one of my worst experiences at a doctor or dentist office. My appointment was for 10:00 (I arrived on time) and it is 12:15 and I still haven't seen the dentist. When I arrived, there were several people in the office that said that they were walk-ins and one lady that said she arrived late for her appointment, nevertheless I was skipped all over. I decided to follow the chains of command so I told the reception clerk that I felt like some people were skipping me. She told me to let her do her job. I continued to sit another hour until I called and got the director's number. The director came down and asked if anyone skipped and left right out. She never said,"I'm sorry that you have been waiting for over 2 hours" or "we are a little backed up and it won't be much longer"! The clerk even told me that I would be here until 5:00pm.. People need to be mindful of the way they treat others.#FairnessGoesALongWay#MangementIsJustAsWorst#WeAreOurOwnWorstEnemies#StillHere#ShouldHaveBroughtLunch
It was good! The only thing I don't like is that it takes so long to see ur doctor and people try to get in ur spot. But the doctors there are awesome and they sit there and actually listen to you!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
