I didn’t see Jeffcoat but another Dr. Couldn’t tell you her name, she never introduced her self. They took me back to a room pretty quickly but then left me sitting there for 45 mins! After I asked had I been forgotten about, she came in. I told her my issue. As she rolled her eyes and grunted rudely! The staff was rude & “above” me. They did very little & didn’t hesitate to charge me almost $300! That’s with insurance. When I made the appointment, I asked how much my copay would be & she said $40. Never again!

My son loved Dr. Jeffcoat, it was our first time coming to him and my son adored him! Dr. Jeffcoat is awesome, you will not be disappointed!

Horrible!! Staff is rude and non caring ! Dr jefcoat was a disappointment in the manner as to how he treated my 22 month old granddaughter ! Would not listen to her mother regarding the issues ! Sent her away with instructions that is she got sick again he would see her !! Well she got sick , call was made , and nurse advised that he would not see her but would call her in antibioitc! Me being the grandma BEAR!! I called a very compentient ENT he was very gracious and seen my granddaughter ! He listen , and got an X-ray of her adenoids and found that they were severely enlarged !! She is schedule for surgery next week! So Dr Jefcoat you are rude and non caring just as your staff and I would never recommend you or your practice to anyone ??

He’s super nice and caring. He did surgery on my daughter, tubes & adneoid removal, and kept us updated the entire time she was in surgery.
