List of David Waddell's Reviews
Dr Waddell has been my OB/Gyn for over 10 years. He was my doctor in all 5 of my pregnancies. Great doctor and very honest.
The staff is rude. Everyone says something different when you call. He needs to hire new staff. Not professional at all.
My first appointment with an obgyn (at age 18), and going into it, I was comforted knowing many others who see him. However, he compared my body/sexual choices to a sports car, and I was very disappointed in his misogynistic views. As a medical professional, creating a safe, judgement free zone should be a priority for patient care, especially in his field. I could say more on the basis of my initial appointment and others’ experiences but I’ll leave it at that. I am 22 now, and my experience is still concerning to me.
I am a patient of both Dr. Waddell and Dr.Baten. Dr Waddell has delivered all 4 of my children and has been my obgyn since my first pregnancy at 15. He has always been the absolute best and yes back at 15 I complained a lot lol but he always made sure whatever he did was on the best interest of the baby. No matter what issue I had he was always very nice and professional. Dr. Baten is my urologist for over active bladder and my pelvic muscles don't relax so I have a system he put in my back that goes in my bladder. He always makes every visit fun as he is a jokester! I would tell anyone that needs a good urologist to see him he is the best there is! So my 5 stars is not really enough because thir nurses and staff always treated me wonderfully also.
I am currently 20 weeks pregnant using Dr. Waddell They have never done blood work on me but charged my insurance for it.. When i started digging deeper turns out i had blood in my urine the past time i went and i WAS NOT informed of this by no means. Dr Waddell is very sweet but his work and his staff are very unprofessional. I will be switching and not referring anyone to this clinic.
Went above and beyond during my pregnancy
Dr. Waddell was the best OB ever. I lost my first be due to my unborn child contracting Parvo(which doc didn't know at the time what is was until lots of test was ran after delivery) and had to have a emergency c-section 1st time being pregnant. He made everything smooth as possible. I was then labeled high risk with both of my pregnancy's after that. It didn't even seem like I was high risk because he made everything so smooth for me. I love Dr. Waddell and his amazing staff that was with me every step of the way.
Dr. Waddell saved my son life. I traveled to Mississippi from Detroit, Michigan and went into pre- term labor 3 months before my son arrival. My contractions were less than 1 minute apart. Dr. Waddell put me at ease and took great measures to ensure I didn’t go into full labor. My son is now a healthy 6 year old. Thanks Dr. Waddell.
He delivered both of my children and I was a high risk pregnancy. He basically saved my life the first time when he caught an underlying health issue (while I was in active labor) that could’ve caused me to bleed out during delivery- if I would’ve gotten epidural. I was 17 and terrified but he comforted me through it all and I couldn’t be more thankful. I would recommend this sweet soul to EVERYONE! He’s truly the best.
Best doctor I’ve ever seen during all my pregnancies. Love him and his staff.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
