Except for a long wait in the waiting room, about 2 hours, I was so impressed and pleased with care I was given by Dr Winklemann. He was very clear about all we talked about and he understood my wish to work on my situation slowly to try and avoid surgery. I was somewhat put off when their records did not have my most current MRI which I had personally hand delivered in June to their offices. All in all I was delighted with my visit.

Our appointment was at 1:00pm, we arrived at 12:42pm, we were not called back until about 1:45pm. Other than having to wait an hour to be called to the exam room, everything was fine. All of the employees were friendly and courteous. Dr Winkleman is wonderful, except for his telling jokes which we laughed at anyway 😆.

The atmosphere at New South Neuro Spine is awesome. I absolutely love Dr. Winkleman. He's patient and make you feel comfortable and at ease during your procedure. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a professional, qualified neurologist.

I go in once a month for a Vitamin B12 injection. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The nurse is always very kind.
