She was extremely rude. Did not appreciate the tone she used when speaking. Do not recommend.

Knowledgeable, patient, informative and importantly she cares about you!

Dr. Sullivan -Ford is an excellent Ob/Gyn. She is very helpful and takes time out to listen to her patients. She delivered both of my babies. Both deliveries had issues. She kept me at ease during the process. My children will soon be patients of hers.

I have been waiting almost TWO HOURS now and haven't seen the doctor or gotten labs done. Literally all I have done is fill out paperwork and got my blood pressure taken. Which I'm sure would have a much higher rate now than when the nurse took it almost an hour ago. I really like this Dr. Sullivan Ford, but this is ridiculous.

I spoke with Dr. Ford and she was very nice. In fact, the nicest doctor that I have ever spoken to. However, I was there a very long time and most likely it was because I was waiting on some test results from a previous Doctor. I am still waiting on my 2nd opinion from Dr. Ford. I realize it was just a week, but I am getting anxious.

She delivered both of my babies! She's a great doctor; her patience and wonderful bed-side manner is why I'm still with her!

I love this woman, if I am allowed to say so. She also stood in my face to let me know how compassionate and caring of how I felt of my diagnosis. Even though she knows I am hardheaded!!! I have to two daughters and with her consent she will be their DR.

Dr. Sullivan us the best gun doctor I have ever had. She's compassionate and full of passion. She us a professional.

I would not recommend this doctor’s office to anyone. Ridiculously long waiting and disorganized staff will be all you get. The headache of dealing with the office is not worth the doctor’s services that I received as I was there. And the only reason I continued to go was because I was in a series of procedures that needed to be taken care of. The staff is incompetent and fairly confused a majority of the time. A year after my routine yearly physical, when I was going back for my annual checkup, they explained to me that they could not see me because my bill had not been paid and was about to go to collections. When the doctor offices account expert and I called the insurance company, it happened to be a mistake on doctors office billing. The insurance agent on the phone listed 6 specific dates and people they requested the documentsfrom. After that hour and a half process, I was still contacted 3 times within the next month with letter of impending collections if my balance was not paid immediately. I called each time i received a letter and explained to the SAME woman that I had been given a paid in full bill from them and a letter from the insurance that I was not responsible for any payment. Each call resulted in me being told we are working it out and it will all be taken care of. During this whole process, I was back in the office about every week or other week for treatment and procedures. Average wait time on each visit I ever had was an hour and a half to two hours wait- most of the time in the room half dressed. My appointments were changed multiple times because they couldn’t get the schedule strait. Sometime they were changed within a few hours or a couple days because they over booked the procedure room. And once my last procedure was over, I asked for them to please forward my medical records to my old doctor’s office because I was so unhappy with the treatment and staff here I would never come back. I also asked that my results from my procedure be mailed to my home. It was very important to me to have a copy of my results! They were never sent. All I got was a bill. Saying I owe them of course. And two months later I received a letter from East Lakeland OBGYN explaining that they would need $25 to forward my records any where- Even to just me. Save yourself the hassle and the wasted time and go anywhere else. I work in customer service and have never written a review because I rarely pay them attention. But I am honestly telling you go anywhere else. You’re going to get crappy service and god forbid that you have to be treated or go through labor with this doctor’s office. They are slow, useless and un-apologetic for their mistakes and short comings. Find another Doctors Office. East Lakeland OBGYN has too many disorganized and unprofessional traits for me.
