Needed our bathroom sink faucet replaced immediately so my wife called SMP, the same company who had just a week ago, replaced several of the wall gas valves in our kitchen due to gas leaks detected by the Gas Co..Within less than 10 minutes, Mr. Derek Hawk from SMP, showed up at our house. After handing him the new faucet, he checked the scope of work & gave me a quote for the work involved. Not only was the work done precisely but also meticulously. Mr. Hawk was definitely friendly & quite courteous. Would like to thank him for the service he provided us as well as the service he had rendered for this country! Awesome & honest job from an awesome & honest gentleman! Great service from a reputable company!

I could not figure out if a leak was coming from the shower or free standing tub. Other plumbers were stumped as well. Cole sent out Rick to my house. Rick arrived and ran a few diagnoses to find out where the leak was occurring. He discovered it and explained exactly where and how it happened. I was very happy with the work and the fact he was relentless to find the problem and offer the solution. I recommend this business.

Our water heater stopped working out of no where here in Upland. I Immediately called them on a Sunday afternoon. They were here Monday at 8am and by 10am with a trip to the supply store and back our water heater was working perfectly again. Cannot thank Derek and the team enough! Derek is very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating - and we were happy to have him help us fix this major issue. And it barely cost a thing. The plumber that came was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I'm sorry that I forgot his name. He shared a couple things that could be wrong. Quoted me two prices, luckily it was the less expensive of the two. He quickly fixed the problem, made sure he left the bathroom clean and that the toilet worked. I asked him a question about the shower head. He answered my question and even fixed the loose handle for free! That was very sweet of him to do for us, I really appreciated it! I won't hesitate to call McLeod again!!

Jeffry was very professional and thorough. He made sure to check the line a few times to make sure he had cleared everything. He made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. It's nice to find someone who was really paying attention to detail and not just rushing to get to the next job. Highly recommend their services.
