Had my baby in 2016. She was on call when I went into labor. After I labored for a while, I guess she just couldn’t take it anymore. She got on top of my abdomen the way one would apply fundal pressure in a c-section and forced my baby out. I suffered a 3rd degree tear. I never realized how awful and unintelligent what she did was until I started working L&D as a stork nurse. Avoid her; you can’t know what’s going on in her head.

I have been seeing Dr. Meck for 10 years. Excellent bedside manner, truly caring for and listening to her patients. Depending on her hospital case load, the wait can be long. But, once, I was pregnant with no maternity insurance, so I was using a clinic. I had a miscarriage. The clinic refused to do anything to remove the dead fetus..very excruciating pain. I contacted Dr. MECK, immediately got an appointment. And within a few hours I had been examined and had a DNC (the actual miscarriage was weeks earlier). So yes, the wait may be long, but I was once a reason for that wait.

Zero respect for a patient's time. Waited over 1.5 hrs only to ask her the simple question of whether she'd entertain a VBAC. Total time spent with Dr. Meck was <5 minutes. I later received a $125 bill for less than 5 minutes of her time when she wasted close to 2 hours of mine. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that it was a simple mis-coding, but it wasn't and the billing department was any easier to deal with than Dr. Meck. Would NOT recommend.

Dr. Meck is absolutely phenomenal!! My entire family uses her. She caught my mom's cancer and just performed surgery on myself. She prayed for me prior to going in. I can't tell you enough how wonderful she is.
