Every time I go to this doctor I’m always waiting 1/2 hours before they call me to the back. Went there today to take my glucose test they never called me to the back and didn’t even know why I was there! I was there from 2-430! Staff VERY RUDE. They didn’t even try to to settle the problem which was their fault! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY FEMALE TO GO THERE! A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!

I transferred care to this office after reading the reviews and I thought I would have a great experience. WRONG. The receptionist and the phlebotomist have bad attitudes, it seems like no one is happy to work there. I don’t feel welcome or comfortable there and each visit was just bad! Dr. Hood was the only nice person out of the entire clinic, but that’s not enough to make me stay. I will be looking for another provider until I have my baby.

I went in for a routine visit and was having some other issues Datche Walker was super nice, listened to what I said,asked questions, did not rush me and all of the staff was super friendly.This visit was probably one of the best obgyn visits I have ever had .Highly recommend them!!!

This place is amazing. The staff is very respectful and friendly. Dr. Hood and his staff made my family and I very comfortable and welcome. Office visits was great every visit. After going through some many miscarriages Dr. Hood made it possible for me to carry my baby full term. Thank God for sending me to such an amazing and caring place. Without God and such caring and patience staff I wouldn’t be able to have had this beautiful and loving daughter who is now almost 2 years old. Thanks for the everything you have done and will continue to do I would recommend every woman to this place.

I love Dr. Phillips. She cares about her patients and does what she can to make sure that you are comfortable. Her staff is also great ..big change from my last OB/GYN .
