Normally I wouldn't go out of my way to give a bad review to anything. But this has to be the worst experience I've ever had with any physician in my entire life. Dr. Ashley Emerson was obnoxious, condescending and flat out rude. When explaining something I interjected in an attempt to clarify what she was talking about, and she told me not to interrupt her when she's talking. Worst bedside manner ever. She did everything but call me stupid. She treated my concerns as if they were dumb and added rude and snarky comments. I wont go into specifics in an attempt to maintain anonymity. If I could give this doctor in particular a 0/5 I would. If youre looking for a dermatologist steer clear of Dr. Emerson

Doctor Emerson treated both my husband and myself. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and addressed all of our concerns. I highly recommend her and her friendly, competent office staff. I feel equipped with the knowledge to care for my skin in the future and my husband's basal cell was successfully removed. Thank you, Dr. Emerson.

I switched to Dr Emerson due to a scheduling conflict with my original dermatologist. Dr Emerson had terrible bedside manner. She was not empathetic nor would she rewrite my prescription that my original doctor gave me for my skin condition. She prescribed me a new medication that made my condition worse and for a follow up appointment she said “just call us when you need us.” I will NEVER return.

Went there for a "rash" i had. She kept cutting me off and then gave me cortizone cream for it. I ended up going to another dermatologist who told me it is actually a basil skin cancer! Never going back there again
