I absolutely love Bienville. Dr. Burks did my surgery and I am so grateful for him and his team.He is kind, very knowledgeable, and his bedside manner is amazing.I definitely recommend seeing not only Dr. Burks, but any of the providers at Bienville.

Dr Burks was kind, caring and professional. He explained what was going on with me in detail and in plain language. His staff was exceptional also. It turned out that My back was not causing my pain so he referred me to his associate. But, I would definitely recommend him to family and friends

I found the staff to be courteous, competent, and efficient. I was seen on time. I found Dr Burks to be friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He recognized my problem explained it in terms I could understand and explained what my options are without pressuring me. It was a pleasant experience.

After years of trying to get a diagnosis due to my shoulder, neck, and back pain, Dr. Burke’s gave me the answers I was looking for. From the get-go, he listened to my health concerns, handled them in a professional manner, and provided me with a personalized treatment plan. I would not go anywhere else! Was wonderful. Has an excellent bedside manner. Did not rush me into surgery. Very knowledgeable and could explain everything to my satisfaction. Staff was courteous and helpful. Was kept informed at all times during surgery. Would highly recommend. Had a cervical fusion and cervical discectomy.
