It was OK, the online registration is a good tool. Had to wait at pharmacy for prescription to be sent over. There were people waiting at pharmacy whom had left clinic an hour before me! My only complaint would be that patient charts should be discharged after their visit. Before doc moves on to next case. People are sick and don’t feel like waiting an hour or greater at pharmacy for prescription to be sent over from the clinic!

Quick and efficient

I came on a Sunday afternoon. I was seen quicker than expected. I had fallen and needed x-rays taken of wrist and ankle. The entire staff was courteous and efficient.

the two ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The female nurse and female doctor were very courteous and helpful as well and did a good job of prescribing the right things so I could get better. However, the male nurse made me extremely uncomfortable with very unnecessary and rude comments. That’s the last thing you want when you are sick and in the urgent care which is an uncomfortable situation in itself.

The staff and MD are very professional and my visit was quicker then I thought since I was a walk in. I was sick with a UTI and fluid in both ear and with shots that I requested so I could start feeling better sooner they had no problem giving me two, plus a prescription of antibiotics. I know where I will go next time I’m back in town and feeling sick. Thank y’all very much.
