Dr Thames is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and thorough. She spent a significant amount of time with me, I am never rushed. She leaves no stone unturned in not only getting to the root of your current problem but also stays on top of your entire health, she is very proactive. She is a breath of fresh air with her kindness and compassion as well as her knowledge. I wish I had more stars to give her.

Started seeing Dr Thames about a year ago. First thing I noticed, was how patient and caring she was. She really seemed to be concerned about what was going on with me. I felt heard and taken seriously, which is something I have been looking for in a Dr. She has consistently impressed me with her knowledge and her bed side manners. I will continue to see her from now on.

Dr. Thames cares about people. She helped save my life. Will always recommend her as long as she practices medicine.

Refusing to see my husband because this was a "nurses visit" at the VA instead of the doctor's visit that we thought we waited 3 hours for. When she stuck her head in the room, she balled us out, continued to say that she was too busy to see him, and was extremely flighty. My husband had been in the emergency room two days before and was to see his primary doctor. Nothing was accomplished in his care. He did not need a "nurses visit" at the VA because he is a well known long time patient there and used to work at the VA. The visit was a total waste of time and frustrating because the nurse was busy taking care of the computer putting in information that was already there. As a registered nurse, I am dismayed at this kind of treatment.
