Terrible! Added on several hidden fees and sent labs to places not covered by insurance. Treatment didn’t help condition. During Covid and no temps taken and brought several people in room. Also she’s very rude!

I’ve been going for several years for a skin disease Went for my appt today and was informed that I owed $50 for a missed appt. cannot see dr unless I pay Well I feel they should have informed me of this when I made the appt !!!! The person up front in charge is totally RUDE Said it was in paperwork I signed years ago Really !!!

Dr Wingfield came highly recommended and she did not disappoint. I have Psoriasis and had all but given up hope of living a regular life again. Psoriasis was severe on my hands to the point my hands were useless. She found the right medications and I have been clear for 2 years. She and her staff are wonderful!

I had a descruction of a benign lesion which did not work. I was going to be charged again for a second treatment (with no guarantee that it would work). A 5 second treatment!

Have seen Dr. Wingfield for years, now even have my four children see her for skin care, moles and warts. She has given us nothing but the best treatment and I would trust her with any skin care.

I have been a patient for several years. They are always polite to me there or on the phone. The place is clean and friendly. I have never felt rushed. I have had skin cancer and they got me to someone to help me. My son had an issue with skin and had been to a couple of Dermatologist that didn't help. He went to Dr Wingfield and in two appointments she had it cleared up.

Dr. Wingfield and the two Nurse Practitioners are amazing. All four members of my family have been patients, children for acne and husband and I for cancerous spots removed and regular screenings. I'm a patient of many specialized physicians and I have grown to understand good care may come with a few long waiting times. I sometimes wait 2-3 hours to see my oncologist and pain doctor, but their care is absolutely worth the wait. We are extremely pleased with Dr. Wingfield's clinic.

Dr Wingfield is seeing my child for a pretty severe lifelong eczema issue that has not been resolved with years of allergy and dermatology visits with other providers. Since seeing her for phototherapy, his condition is dramatically improved, nearly clear after just a couple of months. His quality of life is so much better. She is courteous, professional and thorough. We are super pleased.

Unfortunately learned first-hand that although they will tell you over the phone that they do Wellness visits that would be covered under my insurance totally, upon going and being billed, it was classified as something as something different and now state they don't even offer anything called Wellness and you will end up paying full price. I did my due diligence calling ahead before calling back to schedule an appointment. I was definitely lied to and that will be my first and last visit.

very disappointed waited an hour and ten min before my son was seen only spent five min with him. then got a prescription for 700. will never go back. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone that has to work for a living. my son was seen by Kassie Stafford
