Dr. Belinda is by far the most intelligent, informed internal medicine doctor I know. Always give solid and researched answers to all questions. You never feel rushed or believe any question is off limits related to your care. I have been a patient for over 20 years and have always trusted her diagnoses and referrals. Very good listener. She show concern regarding your health issues. Speaks with a kind tone. Spends time understanding and answering your questions.

I tested positive for covid and My husband tested negative. We were both quarantined. Two days later my husband started to exhibit the same symptoms that I had except his coughing got worst. He called Dr. Alexander's office for assistance. He explained his situation, that he believed he had covid. He was told to get tested for covid. He explained that he was quarantined. He was told that Dr. Alexander would not do a Telehealth with him unless he got tested, which he did. The results would not come in until a couple of days. In the meantime my husband symptoms were getting worse. He made multiple calls to office, no one advised him to go to the hospital nor did they write prescriptions to assist him with his coughing. This in my opinion is patient neglect. I took him to the emergency room at Memorial Hospital. They diagnosed him with pneumonia and sent him home with prescriptions. His condition got worst and we ended up at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg. He was in the hospital for five days. If you are looking for a physician who is compassionate with sound judgement, this is not the physician for you. You can literally treat yourself.

Dr Alexander is a great diagnostician. She has a great staff. A doctor is only as good as the office is run. Lately there seems to be some problems with requests being held up. The receptionist Donna gets things done!

This Dr. is on top of her game. Smart, Knowledgeable about the internal workings of the body. Having also worked as a pharmacist knows medications and all types of interactions. Very thorough, patient and superior work ethic. The best internal medicine doctor in our area from my perspective. I have been a patient for over 20 years. She connects you with the right referrals and does not jump to conclusions ...

I think Dr. Belinda is a good Doctor. However, her office staff needs tremendous improvement. So much so, I left and started seeing a new doctor. It is pitiful to be treated so disrespectfully.

She and her staff were very helpful in a time of great confusion in my medical care. She efficiently and effectively to meet my needs.

Dr. Alexander has always taken the time to talk with me, never failing to ask if I have any questions or concerns. I have never felt that she did not have time for me, or that she was rushing to her next patient. She takes the time to make sure that I understand what test she wants done, why she wants the test done, the test results and what I need to do to make my medical situation better. Her staff is always busy, but no one has ever been rude. Always professional.

She is a very concerned and compassionate professional. Her office staff is wonderful. The wait can be a little extended, but I believe this is because she listens and talks to her patients without making them feel rushed.
