I went to have a thorough physical exam of my ears. The doctor didn’t tell me my ear drums were impacted with earwax and instead tried to sell me hearing aids instead. I won’t ever go back
Dr. Bratton says there are no good hospitals, no good doctors, and no good nurses in Mississippi. He wants to send all of his patients to Oschners in New Orleans for surgery, then have them come back to Biloxi so that he can take out the stitches. He is sending the hard part, the surgery, to Oschners then doing the easy part, the follow up care himself. That way he can still line his pockets with cash. He made a wrong diagnosis in our case.
Dr. Bratten pawns you off on other doctors while stringing you along to line his own pockets.
If you have cancer get a doctor who knows how to treat cancer rather than pawn you off on other providers. His main interest is stringing you along to line his own pockets.
Dr. Bratton is very warm, humble, sincere, and prompt. He has a high regard for patient's time, and he is very thorough, approachable, and passionate when it comes to his practice. I feel very confident in the care he provides for me, and most of all that my sinus issues will be resolved.
Knowledgeable and great bed side manner. Staff is wonderful.
Dr. Bratton is one of the best! He spends time with his patients explaining diagnosis, treatments, options, etc. Lisa, his allergy nurse is also excellent! They helped me figure out and treat my chronic allergy problems!
I went to see Dr. Bratton because I was experiencing severe insomnia and his sleep lab told me I needed a referral from him in order to get an appointment to address my sleeping issues. I told the office I was self pay up front and they told me it would be 137.50 for the office visit. The doctor then proceeds to conduct a nasal endoscopy which wasn't necessary to see that I have nasal polyps and then charged me for a laryngoscopy. Not only was the procedure unnecessary, but it wasn't even billed correctly. And during my visit I was there for an 8:30am appointment and waited for the doctor in the room for 30-45min at a time. I didn't get out of there until almost 11am and was late for work and was docked pay. So now when I called the office to tell them about the wrong procedure being billed they were rude and acted as if $286I were stupid. When I tried to negotiate the rate they pretty much laughed and told me they don't negotiate self pay rates - it's "policy." Stacy was rude and treated me as if I didn't know what I was talking about and even after I provided documented descriptions of the CPT codes they were billing me for, she still didn't even read the entire description. I got the feeling that this doctor was only interested in selling me more services because after the $286 unnecessary procedure, he continued to tell me i needed nasal surgery and allergy injections. I came to him for sleep issues. Once I advised him I was self pay, he stopped and just wanted to get me out of there. Never would i recommend this doctor to anyone.
Office staff is rude and will not negotiate rates for self pay patients. I also believe they are billing me for the incorrect procedure code and will not listen to anything I am telling them. I also was upfront and told them I did not have insurance and I was coming to see the doctor to get a referral for the sleep lab as I was having severe insomnia and the lab told me I had to see him first. I have been to many different ENT's in my life and never had they had to perform a procedure in order to look in my nasal cavity to see nasal polyps. They all have used the standard device all doctors use to see them. He should have looked at my chart before performing unnecessary procedures and then charging me an outrageous fee for a procedure he didn't do. He then recommended nasal surgery and injections. He was only out to rack up billable procedures and not out to address my real issue at that time. Also I got there @ 8:30am and didn't leave until almost 11:00am. I was late for work.
Best ENT in the three state area!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
