Horrible service. My insurance company called for a Rx refill Wednesday. I called on Friday for a status update. The nurse called back and said she had no idea what I was speaking of and said she would call back. She never did. It was for medicine I cannot be without for one day. It will now be 8 bc she refused to do her job.

Dr. D is an excellent doctor. Very thorough, takes his time, listens to the patient. Never, ever seems rushed even though he’s got to be fully booked. In my case, he fixed an issue in a couple of weeks that specialists has been working on for a year. He’s also very personable and easy yo relate to.

Put in new patient paperwork with their office. I called back after two weeks and they told me that it takes a little longer to get things scheduled. I tried back the next week and got the same. I then waited an entire month only for them to finally go pull the paperwork to tell me that he could not accept me as a new patient. So unprofessional. I wait a month with no doctor for them to finally give me information that he will not accept me as a new patient. Terrible customer service.

Absolutely love the staff and Mr. D. My daughter has only delt with him and they make sure no matter what if I call to fit me in immediately when there’s are issues with her. I thank them so much for taking care of my daughter!!! Highly recommend!!!!

I would highly recommend Dr. Dimitriades. He is very knowledgeable and humble in his evaluation and assessment. He explains his recommendations well and does not push medication. He takes his time with patients and during the assessment you do not feel as though he is rushing to finish seeing you. He is very personable and has an excellent bedside manner.
