I have been trying to schedule an appointment with this office for over a week. I have been told by my gastroenterologist that I need to have an ultrasound of my prostate to check for cancer and I am in severe pain. I have left my number multiple times and never gotten a callback after sending my referral from my primary TWICE because they misplaced the first one. I just called during office hours and the scoffing, incompetent lady that answered the phone hung up on me and when I called back she said the person that handles the scheduling is “out of the office and will call you at some point to schedule.” Yeah, right. I must’ve been crazy to try and schedule an appointment with a clearly inexperienced doctor that looks like he just got back from a Justin Bieber concert and probably hired his staff via Craigslist. If I could give negative stars to this establishment I would and if their incompetence has put my health in jeopardy there will be legal repercussions.

I have recurring urinary infections. Dr. Jorns has treated me always looking at my long term care and in conjunction with my other health care providers. Great bedside manner.

Saw Dr. Jacob Jorns for prostate cancer. He was extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. He makes you feel that you are in good hands. He’s one of those rare doctors that really care about their patients. Would highly recommend Dr Jake.

Dr. Jorns is the Urologist I recommend to all of my friends. He and his staff are outstanding and make visits as friendly and efficient as humanly possible. I've been in his care for several years and I will fight my insurance company if they ever ask me to change doctors.
