This company has EXTREMELY shady and sub-par business practices. I never received a bill for services, but they turned me over to Collections which has damaged my credit score. Before they did this, my credit score was superior. But yesterday, I found out it plummeted 75 points all because of $1500 owed. I called and told them had they sent a bill I would have been happy to pay it. I requested an itemization of services rendered and can't even get them to send that to me, even after I was promised it would be emailed to me. All I have is a generic "receipt"(if it can be called that) showing I paid the balance in full and the date. There's not even a company logo so this could be a receipt for ANY business. IT IS COMPLETELY UNFAIR AND UNPROFESSIONAL OF ANY BUSINESS TO PUT A DEBT ON SOMEONE'S CREDIT REPORT WITHOUT SO MUCH AS CONTACTING THEM FIRST TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO GET THE DEBT RESOLVED.
