I waited over 6 hours for outpatient surgery, even after being called to come in earlier for my appointment. Six months prior to this, I waited over four hours for the same 20 minute outpatient procedure. I thought I was a good patient and don’t know what I did to deserve this, but I’ll find another doctor.

Dr. Shannon is laid back and is never in a hurry. He takes his time to explain what he is doing, what he finds if anything, options for treatments, if asked – what he would do, and follow-ups. He is down to earth and talks in non-medical jargon. He doesn’t sugar coat anything and tells you as it is. His staff reflects his laid back attitude yet professional and courteous.
